“Kodji Dala“ video : an original beti and mandigo “sodade“

The song “Kodji Dala” is about nostalgia, desire, need… In this piece of MVETKORA album, Djeli Moussa Diawara and Sally Nyolo speak of man’s relationship with the nature, with the elements : sun, earth, water, wind, trees …  “We become like the leaves, who live with secular entities, the trees, that regenerates them by the memory. As long as the tree is alive, the leaves are renewed. We the people, are the leaves of the tree.“

Just as in the music, the clip made by our friend Valérie Caudron is based on a collage of nature souvenirs of Sally Nyolo and a few artistic shots of Uwe Ommer and Yorick Deubkidesign.
